Our 9th Grade Earth and Space Science students recently visited the Moonshot Museum in Pittsburgh, where classroom lessons about the Moon, space, and our solar system came to life!
Students explored interactive exhibits focused on space exploration, engineering, and the many career opportunities within the growing space industry. One of the highlights of the trip was getting a behind-the-scenes look at Astrobotic's headquarters, where they were able to see a real lunar spacecraft being assembled for a future mission to the Moon.
This hands-on experience gave students a unique opportunity to connect their studies with real-world science and technology while gaining a deeper understanding of the exciting future of space exploration.
Learning truly reached new heights on this unforgettable adventure! ![]()
